Sonu Sood Feels ‘Helpless’ As He Is Unable To Arrange Hospital Beds And Medicines For COVID-19 Patients Amid The Second Wave

Actor Sonu Sood’s humanitarian work has always inspired many to do good work. In fact, he was also called the ‘Messiah’ for his selfless deeds in 2020 but for the first time, Sonu who persists in helping people is feeling ‘helpless’. Recently, the actor took to his Twitter handle to share a tweet saying that he is unable to arrange hospital beds and medicines for all the COVID-19 patients amidst the spike in the state. He mentioned that the situation is scary and urges everyone to wear masks. His tweet came in the wake of the escalating COVID situation in Delhi has led to a severe scarcity of beds in private and government hospitals.
He took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Since morning I haven't kept my phone down, thousands of calls from all over India for HOSPITAL BEDS, MEDICINES, INJECTIONS and still not able to provide to many of them, I feel so helpless. The situation is scary, pls stay at home, wear a mask and prevent yourself from infection.” In another tweet, the Simmba actor mentioned that he is doing everything possible to save as many lives as he can but there’s no point in blaming each other but instead urged people to come forward to help the needy.
Concluding his tweet, he said, ‘lets save lives together, “All said and done, I am still on it, I am sure together we can save many more lives. It's time not to blame anyone but to come forward for the needy who needs your help. Try to provide medical needs to the ones who don't have access. LETS SAVE LIVES TOGETHER. Always there for u,” his tweet read.
